The Oregon Bankers Association (OBA) is proud to recognize 20 bankers who comprise the 2022 graduating class of the Oregon Executive Development Program (EDP). OBA Past Chair Chris Karlin, retired from U.S. Bank, served as a student advisor throughout the program and presented the students with their graduation certificates during a ceremony held in December. The comprehensive 11-month program is designed to cultivate the next generation of bank leaders. EDP allows aspiring executives to elevate their careers and helps financial institutions invest in future bank leaders.
