The Oregon Bankers Association (OBA) is proud to recognize 22 bankers who comprise the 2024 graduating class of the OBA Executive Development Program (EDP). The students were recognized and presented with their graduation certificates during an awards luncheon in December.
 
The Executive Development Program is a rigorous, year-long program dedicated to shaping the next generation of banking leaders. EDP is led by seasoned instructors with deep industry expertise who equip participants with the strategic, financial, and communication skills essential for success in today’s financial institutions. Beyond classroom learning, EDP features a unique mentorship component, pairing participants with senior executives from their banks. These mentors provide invaluable guidance, reinforce lessons, facilitate connections with key bank leaders, and support homework preparation. With its comprehensive curriculum and mentorship-driven approach, EDP empowers participants to grow into confident, capable leaders who are ready to navigate the complexities of the banking industry.
